Perfect for Arrosticini but also great for spiedini, spiducci or other skewered meat or vegetables, this small grill is made from 0.8mm gauge Italian chrome iron polished to a mirror finish, and features foldable legs, making it highly portable and easy to store.
 
Designed for optimal airflow and even heating, the Small Arrosticini grill has strategically placed holes along the side as well as a separate chamber along the bottom to provide a steady air supply and flow to the charcoal. This airflow system allows for cooking temperatures upwards of 700 degrees (F.) to be reached while preventing hot spots and ensuring even burning all along the length of the grill. 
The chamber along the bottom of the grill doubles as extra structural support, preventing warping or deformation from high temperatures. 
 
Standing at 41 cm tall, these compact arrosticini grills are perfect for picnics, tailgate parties, camping, or small get-togethers. 
Simply arrange your arrosticini or spiedini, spiducci along with the grill so that the sticks extend past either side, suspending your skewered meat directly above the hot coals. When done, allow the grill to cool thoroughly before touching.
